[BUG] Paladin mount

I am a BE Paladin and I learned my riding skill (75) instead of the warhorse-spell and now I cant get the warhorse and charger spells anymore. It says I already know them. Kaiyne looked into it and said there is some kind of link that shouldn't be there, but he couldn't fix it. It should be fixed in the database or something he said. Thanks.

To elaborate:

The bug lies in the riding skill from the trainer. When a paladin learns this, the trainer assumes the paladin has also learned Summon Warhorse even though this is not the case. Even if the paladin only learns the level 1 riding, it bugs the level 2 Charger as well as it requires Warhorse to learn.

A command suggestion for admins to help players with this issue: targetunlearn (or something similar)
Removes spell ID from the targeted players spellbook. Syntax: .targetunlearn <ID>

This should be accompanied by: targetlearn
Adds spell ID to the targeted players spellbook. Syntax: .targetlearn <ID>

These commands should be logged along with trades in case we get an admin who gives away free stuffs to make friends.

Paladin lvl 40 mount (Charger)
I first learned Journeyman Riding, and then went to my paladin trainer to get my charger, whereupon after learning it, did not place the charger in my mounts tab. I logged, and it's still not there.

I just tested this and I wasn't even able to learn the spell from the trainer, I got the riding skill but I couldn't learn Summon Charger.

Tested Level 40 Draenei Paladin in Exodar; got riding skill, Warhorse, and Chargerx2.
